Pack Your Items
Carefully fold your garments and place them in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact and the parcel is securely sealed.
Post Your Parcel
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your store credit or refund within 3-5 business days.
