Romona is a Mixed media Artist, Designer and Architect based in Perth on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja. She embraces Biophilia - a love of living flora and fauna, especially Western Australian locals. She favours bold, saturated colours that complement the strong WA sun and way of living. Her painting style combines colourful abstract gestures with naive illustrative elements and naturalistic realism, while her pattern design focuses on sketched line art with poppy, bright colour contrasts.
